Shipping & Payment Policy
At Scents of Exile, we craft our fragrances in limited batches. To ensure a premium, serious, and committed experience for our clientele, we have implemented a structured two-step payment process for all orders.
1. The Shipping Deposit
To secure your exclusive delivery slot, shipping fees must be paid in advance via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay. This deposit is strictly non-refundable, as it directly covers the courier service costs.
2. The Balance (Cash on Delivery)
The remaining balance for your fragrance will be collected in cash (COD) by our courier upon the successful delivery of your package.
3. Order Confirmation
To finalize and dispatch your order, please send a screenshot of your successful Vodafone Cash or InstaPay transaction to our official communication channels (Instagram). Your order will remain pending until this confirmation is received and verified by our team.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Once your deposit is confirmed, orders are typically processed and handed over to the courier within 24 hours. Standard delivery times vary between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location within Egypt.
